Raiders Set to Hire McDaniels, Ziegler

NFL Conference Championship – The Las Vegas Raiders are set to hire the combination of former Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels as head coach and former Patriots director of player personnel Dave Ziegler as general manager. Obviously with McDaniels, you don’t want to say it is sure until the documents are signed, but this sounds pretty sure. When McDaniels turned down the Colts job three years ago, we all were wondering what job he was waiting for. Apparently, he was waiting for the opportunity to go up against Patrick Mahomes and Justin Herbert in the battle for a division title every year.

The Patriots Way so far hasn’t had too much success with teams other than the Patriots. Will this be an exception?
