What I’m Looking for in NFL Week 5
18 min read
The Atlantic Basin has had no hurricanes in 2026. This is notable because, according to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, the last time that happened was in 1914.
But we have one now: Isaias. Right now, Isaias is not expected to directly impact any Week 5 games, although the impact to the Mid-Atlantic and Tennessee Valley teams could be rain and wind. Keep eyes on Nashville, Pittsburgh, Washington, DC, and New Jersey.
The Chiefs and Panthers kick off the 2026 season bye weeks, the Eagles and Jaguars play at Tottenham Hotspur in London to kick off the Sunday slate, with the Sunday night game in Atlanta where the Falcons host the Ravens, and the Monday game in Inglewood, CA, where the Rams host the Bills.

As for the first game played this week:
A game both teams needed, yet neither seemed to want.
Don’t get me wrong, Tampa won that game and should have. But for some reason, they hadn’t won it enough when, instead of taking a field goal that would have put them up three scores with 8:36 left in the game and already up 24-10, they decided to go for “the dagger” and were stoned on fourth and goal from the Dallas one.
Warren Sharp said on socials that, “I don’t know how he does it, but Todd Bowles somehow gets every critical decision wrong.” Seems angry and definitive, but I get it.
Dallas scored first on a one-yard run by Javonte Williams and held a 10-7 lead at halftime before the Bucs scored their remaining points in the third quarter. Bucky Irving had a huge game (21/165/1 rushing, 2/10/1 receiving) and Jalon Daniels made the throws he needed.
Back to that fourth-quarter decision by Bowles: the Cowboys got the ball on their own one and drove 99 yards for a touchdown to cut the lead to 24-16, as George Pickens played some of his most inspired football of the season on the drive with three catches for 51 yards, including the 18-yard touchdown pass. The ensuing two-point conversion failed but was debated by the announcing crew, as every two-point conversion seems to be now. Damned confusing analytics.
On the next Bucs drive, the Cowboys got exactly the break they needed as CB DaRon Bland positioned himself to intercept Daniels’ third-and-eight pass to Emeka Egbuka; unfortunately, he slightly overran the ball and could not corral what was likely a pick-six.
The Cowboys got the ball back with 3:42 left at their own 24 and drove to the Tampa 24 before LB Alex Anzalone intercepted a carom off of TE Jake Ferguson that could have been caught. Some turnovers should come with a “but” or a “*.”
Bucs’ ball with 1:22 left, still needing a first down as Dallas had all of their timeouts. Any hope of a final Dallas possession dissipated on second and 12 when Irving broke off a 22-yard run for that first down.
The Cowboys’ defense continues to be an issue, while the Bucs harassed Dak Prescott regularly and forced three turnovers. CeeDee Lamb followed up a 17-reception game with 5 targets and 2 receptions for 9 yards; the short week did not benefit him. Injury to insult, Lamb missed a portion of the game with what was being called a “quad contusion.” We’ll see if 10 days is enough to heal.
The Bucs return home to face the Steelers, a game in which Baker Mayfield hopes to return to action. The Cowboys head to Lambeau Field for a game with the Packers that would be more dramatic if Micah Parsons were still not rehabbing his knee.
Before I go on, I wanted to say RIP to Mike Ditka: a game-changing tight end, a successful coach, and three-time Super Bowl champion (player on the 1971 Cowboys, assistant coach with the 1977 Cowboys, and head coach of the 1985 Bears). And a huge cultural icon: for example, “Bill Swerski’s Superfans” was one of Saturday Night Live’s most consistently funny arcs. Ditka never appeared in person until the final skit in 1997, but his presence was in every one of them.
The stats below are not real-time, but I update them until I edit the article.
What I’ll be most interested to see in the remaining Week 5 games:
Eagles at Jaguars: Tottenham Hotspur, the sequel, and what’s left of the Eagles. Philly declared a whopping six players out for Week 5, including their presumptive new center after trading Cam Jurgens to the Ravens. LG Willie Lampkin is capable of sliding over. They apparently will get TE Dallas Goedert and LB Zach Baun back, but both offense and defense will still be shorthanded. The Eagles are 23rd against QBs (18.0 PPG), 21st against RBs (22.5 PPG), 24th against WRs (37.0 PPG), and 5th against TEs (7.9 PPG). The Jaguars are 8th against QBs (14.2 PPG), 9th against RBs (17.5 PPG), 23rd against WRs (36.8 PPG), and 7th against TEs (9.4 PPG). Key injuries: PHI RB Saquon Barkley, S Marcus Epps, WRs Marquise Brown and DeVonta Smith, and C Drew Kendall are out, and LB Jonathan Greenard is questionable; JAC CBs Jaylon Jones is out, and S Eric Murray is doubtful. Practice squad: PHI elevated TE Zach Ertz and OT John Ojukwu; JAC elevated CB Jabbar Muhammad and S Kaevon Merriweather, and signed LB Jalen McLeod to the active roster. Line: JAC -7.5, O/U 41.5. Forecast: Low 60s F, 6 MPH wind, 11% precipitation.
Bears at Packers: The forgotten running back of the Bears. Kyle Monangai’s thumb may not be a problem per Ben Johnson, but apparently his toe is. Roschon Johnson will presumably be the back to spell D’Andre Swift at Lambeau. Johnson has been the apple of many fantasy players’ eyes. Salvon Ahmed or Zavier Scott will likely be elevated for depth. Caleb Williams is nearing a return, but likely not until at least Week 6. The Bears are 11th against QBs (14.9 PPG), 7th against RBs (16.9 PPG), 5th against WRs (24.9 PPG), and 3rd against TEs (6.7 PPG). The Packers are 12th against QBs (14.9 PPG), 31st against RBs (28.9 PPG), 17th against WRs (32.8 PPG), and 13th against TEs (10.6 PPG). Key injuries: CHI LB Keyshaun Elliott and RB Kyle Monangai are out, and QB Caleb Williams, CB Kyler Gordon (PUP), LB Noah Sewell (PUP), and DT Shemar Turner (PUP) are questionable; GB RB Chris Brooks (placed on IR) and WR Savion Williams are out, Gs Aaron Banks and Jacob Monk are doubtful, and C Jager Burton, DT Anthony Campbell, and NT Javon Hargrave are questionable. Practice squad: CHI elevated RB Zavier Scott and activated LB Noah Sewell from PUP; GB signed RB Pierre Strong Jr. to the active roster. Line: CHI -1.5, O/U 46.5. Forecast: Low 70s F, 14 MPH wind, 2% precipitation.
Texans at Titans: A winner. With both teams at 0-4, someone will win…presumably. A tie would be too cruel. That the Texans are allowing the most points per game in the AFC after four weeks is shocking, and HC DeMeco Ryans has assumed defensive playcalling after the come-from-ahead loss to the Cowboys. I don’t think we’ll get an impression of how Ryans is doing until at least Week 6, unless he somehow schemes the Texans defense to bring the Titans offense (32nd in yards and 31st in points) to life. The Texans are 26th against QBs (19.5 PPG), 8th against RBs (17.3 PPG), 32nd against WRs (44.6 PPG), and 15th against TEs (10.9 PPG). The Titans are 6th against QBs (13.7 PPG), 14th against RBs (20.6 PPG), 19th against WRs (34.1 PPG), and 11th against TEs (10.3 PPG). Key injuries: HOU WR Tank Dell (IR/DFR) is out, and G Ed Ingram, OTs Aireontae Ersery, Blake Fisher, and Braden Smith (IR), DT Kayden McDonald (IR), and S M.J. Stewart (PUP) are questionable; TEN S Amani Hooker and CB Joshua Williams (IR/DFR) are out, and TE David Martin-Robinson and WR Carnell Tate are questionable. Practice squad: HOU elevated CB Bryce Hall and LB Kenneth Murray, and activated DT Kayden McDonald (from IR) and S M.J. Stewart (from PUP); TEN elevated RB Kalel Mullings and S Isaiah Oliver. Line: HOU -7.0, O/U 38.5. Forecast: Mid-60s F, 9 MPH wind, 31% precipitation.
Bengals at Dolphins: The Bungles? The Bengals are good enough to play against anyone in the NFL and win, but they need to stop shooting themselves in the foot. After fumbling on a sack in the last minute against the Steelers, Chase Brown was tackled one yard short of the line to gain in the last minute against the Jaguars; both possessions ended well on the opponents’ side of the field. The Bengals are the only team that is both last in their division and has a positive point differential. It’ll be an easier game if Ja’Marr Chase clears the concussion protocol (he fully practiced on Friday) and Tee Higgins can play through his injuries. They can’t overlook the Dolphins; the wounded Vikings learned that firsthand. The Bengals are 15th against QBs (16.1 PPG), 12th against RBs (19.3 PPG), 12th against WRs (29.1 PPG), and 27th against TEs (18.0 PPG). The Dolphins are 21st against QBs (17.4 PPG), 28th against RBs (26.9 PPG), 3rd against WRs (22.2 PPG), and 30th against TEs (18.6 PPG). Key injuries: CIN S Kyle Dugger is out, and WRs Ja’Marr Chase, Tee Higgins, and Colbie Young, S Bryan Cook, and LB Swayze Bowman are questionable; MIA ED Rob Beal Jr., WR Caleb Douglas, TE Justin Joly, and NB Reese Taylor are out, and LB Jackson Woodward, DT Kenneth Grant (IR), RB Jaylen Wright, and CB Storm Duck (PUP) are questionable. Practice squad: CIN elevated S Russ Yeast; MIA elevated ED Rodney McGraw and RB Carlos Washington Jr., and activated DT Kenneth Grant from IR. Line: CIN -7.0, O/U 43.5. Forecast: Low 90s F, 11 MPH wind, 8% precipitation.
Raiders at Patriots: A repeat? The Raiders and Patriots met on the Gillette Stadium field in Week 1 of 2025, and the result was not indicative of how the season would go, as the Raiders won 20-13. The Patriots would only lose twice more, and the Raiders would only win twice more. This will be a good barometer to see if the two teams are heading in opposite directions in 2026. The key may be turnovers: the Raiders lead the NFL with 9 takeaways and the Patriots are tied for the league lead with 10 giveaways. Another key may be the Raiders TEs vs. the Patriots defense, which is allowing the fewest points to TEs in PPR leagues. Keep eyes on Ashton Jeanty: his practices went FP/LP/DNP, and he is listed as questionable. To be fair, the Patriots are worse off with injuries (see below). The Raiders are 16th against QBs (16.4 PPG), 16th against RBs (21.1 PPG), 6th against WRs (26.9 PPG), and 24th against TEs (17.6 PPG). The Patriots are 7th against QBs (14.0 PPG), 15th against RBs (20.9 PPG), 20th against WRs (34.9 PPG), and 1st against TEs (5.9 PPG). A couple of thoughts: the Giants offense is not the 49ers offense, and the Cards offense is not the Titans offense. Key injuries: LV WRs Jalen Nailor and Dont’e Thornton Jr. (IR/DFR), and G Trey Zuhn III are out, and RB Ashton Jeanty is questionable; NE CBs Christian Gonzalez, Carlton Davis III, Channon Canada, and Karon Prunty, FB Reggie Gilliam (placed on IR), and WR Mack Hollins (placed on IR) are out, and DT Christian Barmore, LBs Dre’Mont Jones and Christian Elliss, RB Rhamondre Stevenson, CB Charles Woods, S Craig Woodson, and OT Morgan Moses are questionable. Practice squad: LV elevated RB Roman Hemby and WR Deven Thompkins; NE elevated LB K.J. Britt and S Elliott Davison, activated S Brenden Schooler from NFI, and signed CB Kindle Vildor to the active roster. Line: NE -3.5, O/U 45.5. Forecast: Mid-60s F, 8 MPH wind, 16% precipitation.
Vikings at Saints: Can the Vikings score enough to keep up? Since the first half of Week 1, the Minnesota defense has given up 32 points. Provided Alvin Kamara suits up, I think this will be their biggest test. The Saints weren’t let down by their offense as much as by their defense against the Falcons. The Saints are dead last against the run in PPR, but Jahmyr Gibbs or Bijan Robinson won’t be on the other sideline this week. Both teams will need a semblance of a running attack, especially the Vikings, with Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison both hurting. They elevated WR Odell Beckham Jr. on Saturday. That’s an “in case:” Beckham could as likely be inactive as Jefferson or Addison can. The Vikings are 1st against QBs (10.5 PPG), 1st against RBs (14.2 PPG), 14th against WRs (30.1 PPG), and 4th against TEs (7.7 PPG). The Saints are 18th against QBs (16.5 PPG), 32nd against RBs (33.2 PPG), 13th against WRs (29.5 PPG), and 25th against TEs (17.9 PPG). Key injuries: MIN OT Christian Darrisaw and CB Charles Demmings are out, and WRs Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison and OT Brian O’Neill are questionable; NO LB Kaden Elliss, LB Anfernee Jennings, and G Jeremiah Wright are out, and WR Barion Brown, S Julian Blackmon, LB Jaylan Ford (IR/DFR), RB Alvin Kamara, DT Christen Miller, and S Lorenzo Styles Jr. (IR) are questionable. Practice squad: MIN elevated WRs Odell Beckham Jr. and Jeshaun Jones, and activated C Michael Jurgens and TE Ben Yurosek from IR; NO elevated OT Easton Kitty and WR Cedric Tillman, and activated LB Jaylan Ford and S Lorenzo Styles Jr. from IR. Line: MIN -2.5, O/U 41.5. Forecast: Indoor stadium.
Browns at Jets: Can Quinshon Judkins carry the Browns to their fourth straight win? On the surface, the Jets are a bottom-four defense against RBs, but back-to-back games against Jahmyr Gibbs and the Bears will do that to a lot of teams. The Jets have been solid against WRs and TEs, so it looks like Judkins and Deshaun Watson’s legs may be the key. Otherwise, the Jets may get their first win since Week 1. The Browns are 24th against QBs (18.4 PPG), 5th against RBs (16.7 PPG), 25th against WRs (37.3 PPG), and 23rd against TEs (16.8 PPG). The Jets are 5th against QBs (13.4 PPG), 29th against RBs (27.3 PPG), 10th against WRs (28.5 PPG), and 8th against TEs (9.7 PPG). Key injuries: CLE DTs Kalia Davis (IR/DFR), Mason Graham, and Mike Hall, QB Dillon Gabriel (IR/DFR), WR Tylan Wallace, TE Carsen Ryan, and G Teven Jenkins are out; NYJ RB Breece Hall, WR Adonai Mitchell, G Dylan Parham, and LB Francisco Mauigoa are out, and LB Kingsley Enagbare and DE Will McDonald IV are questionable. Practice squad: CLE elevated DT Sam Kamara and DT Chris Williams; NYJ elevated LB Jaden Keller and activated WR Tim Patrick from IR. Line: NYJ -2.5, O/U 39.5. Forecast: Low 60s F, 12 MPH wind, 88% precipitation.
Colts at Steelers: How the Colts do it. The Colts are one possession away from being 3-1 (or at least 2-1-1). Yet, they’ve only outgained the Texans and have lost the turnover battle every week. Granted, they faced a rookie seventh-round QB for most of the game in London, but they held their own against Patrick Mahomes in Week 2 on the road. I’ve got my eye on them this week. I have a feeling the turnovers, if they continue, will catch up with them in Pittsburgh. The Colts are 27th against QBs (20.5 PPG), 23rd against RBs (24.2 PPG), 21st against WRs (35.0 PPG), and 17th against TEs (13.7 PPG). The Steelers are 3rd against QBs (12.3 PPG), 24th against RBs (24.6 PPG), 11th against WRs (28.5 PPG), and 10th against TEs (9.9 PPG). Key injuries: IND DE Arden Key (headed to IR), WRs Ashton Dulin and Darius Slayton, LB Jaylon Charles, and TE Will Mallory (IR/DFR) are out, and WR Keenan Allen and CB Charvarius Ward are questionable; PIT WR Michael Pittman (will be placed on IR), S DeShon Elliott (IR), and CB Jamel Dean are out, and RB Rico Dowdle and CB Jalen Ramsey are questionable. Practice squad: IND elevated WR Nick Westbrook-Ikhine; PIT elevated RB Lew Nichols and WR Brandon Smith and signed CB Doneiko Slaughter to the active roster. Line: PIT -3.0, O/U 43.5. Forecast: Low 60s F, 7 MPH wind, 55% precipitation.
Giants at Commanders: The return of Jayden Daniels. And perhaps Terry McLaurin. The Commanders were holding their own against the Colts until Marcus Mariota hurt his knee on a sack with 7:05 left in the first quarter. Rookie Athan Kaliakmanis couldn’t get the Commanders into scoring position often, and had a pass intercepted at the Washington 27 on their first second-half possession. He did connect with Treylon Burks for a 47-yard TD on their next drive, but their final four possessions ended with two punts and two turnovers on downs. With WR Stefon Diggs out against New York, Daniels’ return gives them a spark, and if McLaurin can return after missing the trip to London, those may light the fire the Commanders need to win. The Giants are 13th against QBs (15.3 PPG), 17th against RBs (21.2 PPG), 16th against WRs (32.6 PPG), and 18th against TEs (14.9 PPG). The Commanders are 30th against QBs (22.5 PPG), 4th against RBs (16.1 PPG), 29th against WRs (40.2 PPG), and 28th against TEs (18.3 PPG). Key injuries: NYG DE Chauncey Golston (placed on IR) and S Jason Pinnock are out; WAS S Percy Butler, WR Stefon Diggs, QB Marcus Mariota, S Nick Cross, DE Charles Omenihu, and S Tyler Owens are out, and CB Trey Amos (IR), WR Terry McLaurin, and RB Jeremy McNichols (IR) are questionable. Practice squad: NYG elevated WR Dalen Cambre and LB Trace Ford; WAS elevated S Darren Hall and WR Van Jefferson, signed LB Austin Keys to the active roster, and activated DE Deatrich Wise from PUP. Line: WAS -3.5, O/U 41.5. Forecast: Mid-60s F, 10 MPH wind, 92% precipitation.
Broncos at Chargers: How bad it can get for the Chargers. As if 0-4 was not bad enough, the offensive line situation is capital DIRE. They have seven healthy O-linemen on the roster. Add in that their best blocking tight end may be out again, and somehow, they’re worse off than the 49ers are on SF’s defensive line. They’re also without at least one of their best receivers, and a second is questionable despite not practicing this week. If they somehow overcome all that to beat Denver, Jim Harbaugh may deserve a Nobel Prize. The Broncos are 20th against QBs (17.1 PPG), 26th against RBs (25.8 PPG), 9th against WRs (28.3 PPG), and 20th against TEs (15.5 PPG). The Chargers are 19th against QBs (16.6 PPG), 22nd against RBs (22.9 PPG), 18th against WRs (34.8 PPG), and 9th against TEs (9.8 PPG). Key injuries: DEN WR Pat Bryant was placed on IR, and CBs Patrick Surtain II and Riley Moss are out; LAC G Kayode Awosika, OTs Joe Alt, Rashawn Slater (placed on IR), and Trevor Penning (placed on IR), WR Quentin Johnston, CB Donte Jackson, QB Trey Lance (placed on IR), WR Brenen Thompson, and S Derwin James are out, and WR Ladd McConkey, TE Charlie Kolar, and CB Rodney Shelley are questionable. Practice squad: DEN elevated CBs Brent Austin and Sean Fresch Jr.; LAC elevated OT Daniel Brunskill and CB Isas Waxter, signed WR Theo Wease to the active roster, and activated DT Scott Matlock and OT Branson Taylor from IR. Line: DEN -3.5, O/U 41.5. Forecast: The roof is expected to be closed.
Lions at Cardinals: Tecmo Bowl. The only team that didn’t score 30+ on the Lions was the Jets, and the only team that didn’t score 30+ on the Cards was the Chargers, who finally broke 20 last week in garbage time. The key injuries for both teams are on defense. The Cards are currently 2nd in PPR vs. RBs; that will be tested this week by Jahmyr Gibbs. The game is indoors. I will have to fight the urge to hurt myself if each team is not in double digits in the first quarter. Update: I just caught the news that the Cards are preparing to trade Marvin Harrison Jr., and he will not play in Week 5. The Lions are 32nd against QBs (27.9 PPG), 19th against RBs (21.7 PPG), 31st against WRs (44.0 PPG), and 32nd against TEs (28.4 PPG). The Cardinals are 28th against QBs (21.0 PPG), 2nd against RBs (15.2 PPG), 27th against WRs (38.4 PPG), and 29th against TEs (18.6 PPG). Key injuries: DET CB Rock Ya-Sin, G Ben Bartch, S Brian Branch (PUP), and C Cade Mays (IR) are out, and DT Tyleik Williams is questionable; ARI G Isaiah Adams (placed on IR) and S Andrew Wingard are out, and DT Walter Nolen and LB Karson Sharar are questionable. Practice squad: DET elevated S Jalen Mills; ARI elevated CB Art Green. Line: DET -5.5, O/U 54.5. Forecast: The roof is expected to be closed.
49ers at Seahawks: Two teams that do not like each other. The 49ers’ patchwork defense held up against the Broncos. They do get some good news in that the Hawks are low on running backs. The bad news is that the rest of the team is relatively healthy and that JSN will stress-test the 49ers’ passing defense unlike anyone else they’ve faced in 2026. The Niners offense will have to be better than it has been against Seattle in the last two years. The 49ers are 9th against QBs (14.3 PPG), 25th against RBs (25.6 PPG), 7th against WRs (27.0 PPG), and 6th against TEs (8.7 PPG). The Seahawks are 2nd against QBs (11.6 PPG), 18th against RBs (21.2 PPG), 2nd against WRs (21.3 PPG), and 14th against TEs (10.7 PPG). Key injuries: SF DT James Thompson Jr., DE Nick Bosa, FB Kyle Juszczyk, and S Marques Sigle are out, and CB Upton Stout is questionable; SEA RBs Zach Charbonnet (PUP), CB Julian Neal (placed on IR), WR Irvin Charles (IR), and LB Chazz Surratt are out, and RB George Holani is questionable. Practice squad: SF elevated DE Ogbo Okoronkwo and TE Jack Stoll and activated DE Mykel Williams from PUP; SEA signed CB Trevon Diggs to the active roster. Line: SEA -3.0, O/U 45.5. Forecast: High 50s F, 6 MPH wind, 2% precipitation.
Ravens at Falcons: Todd Huntley. The Ravens will be without Lamar Jackson, and Huntley will not be facing the Titans’ defense. Huntley hasn’t passed for 200+ yards in a game since the end of his season with the Dolphins. I don’t think the Ravens will be afraid to attack the Falcons on the ground: Atlanta is allowing only 48.3 rushing yards per game, but they’ve faced the Packers, who have no running game, and both the Panthers and Steelers kept throwing even though they had significant leads against Atlanta. If they stone Derrick Henry, then I’ll be impressed. The Ravens are 17th against QBs (16.5 PPG), 11th against RBs (19.1 PPG), 26th against WRs (37.9 PPG), and 12th against TEs (10.4 PPG). The Falcons are 22nd against QBs (17.7 PPG), 6th against RBs (16.9 PPG), 28th against WRs (38.4 PPG), and 21st against TEs (15.9 PPG). Key injuries: BAL C Cam Jurgens, QB Lamar Jackson, and LB Trey Hendrickson are out, and CB Marlon Humphrey, G Andrew Vorhees, and WR Zay Flowers are questionable; ATL LB Yasir Abdullah (placed on IR) is out, and DEs Za’Darius Smith and Samson Ekubam, LB Divine Diablo, and OT Jake Matthews are questionable. Practice squad: BAL elevated OT Chuma Edoga and G Kyle Hergel; ATL elevated DEs Bralen Trice and Drake Jackson and signed S Jammie Robinson to the active roster. Line: ATL -3.0, O/U 43.5. Forecast: The roof is expected to be closed.
Bills at Rams: A time-of-possession team vs. a team that doesn’t care about that. Since Week 1, the Rams have averaged 33+ minutes of possession per game. They’ve averaged 73 offensive plays a game in their last three, and the only team attempting more passes is the Saints. That has worked well for them, but two fourth-quarter interceptions – one a pick-six – betrayed them in Denver. They’re -5 in turnovers so far: that’s been their Achilles heel, and they need to avoid giveaways against Buffalo. The Bills are happy being balanced, but like the Rams, challenge themselves with turnovers: all 7 of Buffalo’s giveaways came against the Chargers and Patriots. Rookie WR Skyler Bell could see his first game action with the injuries to Josh Palmer and DJ Moore. The Bills are 29th against QBs (21.3 PPG), 27th against RBs (26.3 PPG), 30th against WRs (40.0 PPG), and 16th against TEs (11.2 PPG). The Rams are 14th against QBs (15.5 PPG), 3rd against RBs (15.5 PPG), 15th against WRs (30.3 PPG), and 2nd against TEs (6.6 PPG). Key injuries: BUF DT Ed Oliver and WR Josh Palmer are out, and CB Dee Alford, WR DJ Moore, and DE Landon Jackson are questionable; LAR S Quentin Lake is questionable. Practice squad: moves need to be made by 1:00 p.m. Eastern on Sunday. Line: LAR -3.0, O/U 54.5. Forecast: The roof is expected to be closed.
It’s Week 5, and bye weeks begin with a love tap.
