Vikings Remove Bradbury From, Add Metellus To…

Vikings Head Coach Mike Zimmer said Monday that the Vikings will evaluate Bradbury’s health and Cole’s recent play as the team determines which player will start.

“We’ve had that conversation; we’ll just have to see this week in practice,” Zimmer said. “Bradbury hasn’t been here in two weeks, or I think he’s missed two weeks now.

“We’re just going to have to sort it out this week,” Zimmer added. “But Mason’s done a really nice job. He’s done a terrific job. We’ll just try to figure this out. It’s better than having no options.”

Metellus, a 2020 sixth-round pick, ranks third on the Vikings with 169 snaps on special teams in 2021.
