Looking at the 2022 opponents, I found it an interesting quirk the farthest west the Packers will travel is Minnesota. Not sure if that means anything, but still.

It’s happened before. When the full-division matchups are the AFC East and NFC East in the same season, and the placement pairing from the NFC West is coming to Lambeau, the Packers can reside east of the Mississippi for all but those two games just across it.

I’ve been hoping to see the Packers play in London. What’s the chance that will happen in 2022 since it would have to be an away game?

It won’t necessarily be an away game anymore. Any team with nine home games, as the Packers do in 2022, is now subject to having a game moved overseas.

With the playoffs coming through Lambeau Field and the likelihood that running the ball will be essential how do the other six playoff teams rank in the running statistics?

Here are the NFC playoff field’s league rankings in rushing yards per game for 2021: 1. Eagles, 7. 49ers, 9. Cowboys 10. Cardinals, 18. Packers, 25. Rams, 26. Buccaneers.

G’morning, With the season over and the playoffs about to start I am looking at potential draft positions. according to my calculations Packers will get either No. 30 with the best season record, No. 31 as Super Bowl loser, or No. 32 as Super Bowl winner. Am I correct?

Nope. The Packers’ potential draft positions are 28 (if they lose in the divisional round), 30 (if they lose in the conference title game), 31 or 32.

Seeing how hard it is to get our star players up to game speed, makes me even more impressed with the bottom of the roster and practice-squad players who are called up and relied on in a moment’s notice. It can be difficult to keep up with the changing bottom of the roster, but there have to be so many great stories about these players. Has it been harder for you to get to know these players without access to the locker room?

It’s been pretty much impossible, but nobody’s fault. Just circumstances everyone hopes will change for the better at some point.

Hi fellas, I’d like to get your thoughts on how extraordinarily aggressive coaches seem to be on fourth down this year. Analytics seem to support many of the decisions, but what I don’t understand is those same analytics say the team that wins the turnover battle wins the game more than 80% of the time. Isn’t failing to convert on fourth down, especially in your own territory, the same as a turnover?

Ding ding ding! Look, the fourth-down analytics crowd lost me for good when I saw that LaFleur’s decision on Christmas Day – to punt on fourth-and-6 from his own 42 with 2:14 left and a two-point lead – was ranked as one of the 10 worst fourth-down calls of the season. Say what? If taking that risk, when needing 6 yards for the first down while failure would’ve meant the Browns didn’t need to gain a first down to try a go-ahead field goal in the final two minutes, is considered a bad decision, then I’m not interested in the supposed good ones.

What’s the best non-Packers playoff game you’ve ever seen, and why?

I’ve never attended one that didn’t involve the Packers. From watching on TV, it’s the 1981 AFC Divisional playoff, San Diego at Miami. That’ll always be the greatest postseason game ever, to me. If you don’t know anything about that game, Google it. Watching it made me fall in love with the drama of football.
