Start of third quarter put Packers in command

From there, Dillon ran the ball four straight times for 16 yards and then caught a 6-yard pass, making it first down on the LA 29-yard line. RB Aaron Jones came in for a 2-yard run and Rodgers hit WR Davante Adams for 6 yards, but an incomplete pass to Valdes-Scantling on third-and-2 failed to convert.

Eschewing the field goal and going for it on fourth down, Rodgers connected with TE Josiah Deguara over the middle for a 12-yard gain, and then Dillon did the rest, running for 4 yards and then catching a 5-yard TD to cap the 13-play, 75-yard drive that consumed more than half the third quarter (7:42).

The touchdown gave the Packers a 27-17 lead, and the Rams never got any closer until the final seconds of the game.
