EAGAN, Minn. — The Vikings have activated quarterback Kirk Cousins from the Reserve/COVID-19 list.
Cousins, who was placed on the list Friday, missed Sunday night’s loss against Green Bay that eliminated Minnesota from playoff contention.
Cousins, in his fourth season as Minnesota’s starter, has thrown for 3,971 yards with 30 touchdowns and seven interceptions in 15 games.
Backup quarterback Sean Mannion started against the Packers, throwing for 189 yards and a score. Rookie Kellen Mond made his NFL debut, playing just one late-game series while Mannion dealt with hand cramps.
