Statement from an NFL spokesperson on Frank Herron:
Frank Herron of the Carolina Panthers practice squad has been suspended without pay for the next two games for violating the NFL policy on performance-enhancing substances.
He will be eligible to return on Monday, Nov. 8, following the team’s Week 9 game vs New England.
Herron was placed on the practice squad injured reserve list this week.
