Jets binge continues with Tyler Conklin
1 min read
The Jets’ free-spending ways are still going strong in free agency.
Gang Green added tight end Tyler Conklin to it’s growing number of signings this week, per NFL Network.
Conklin, 26, caught 61 passes for 593 yards and three touchdowns in 2021 with the Vikings — all personal bests in his four-year NFL career. Contract details were not yet available.
He makes the second tight end addition to the Jets this week, after GM Joe Douglas agreed to a deal with former Bengal C.J. Uzomah.

Douglas has fortified the offense this week, bringing back backup QBs Joe Flacco and Mike White on Wednesday, re-upping wideout Braxton Berrios and running back Tevin Coleman, and agreeing to a deal with guard Laken Tomlinson.
The Jets GM also shored up the secondary with safety Jordan Whitehead and cornerback D.J. Reed.
