Now, trading away your best receiving threat is probably not the best way to help your rookie quarterback. However, the Chicago Bears face an interesting decision over the next few days with Allen Robinson. The veteran WR is playing on the franchise tag this season, and will hit free agency next off-season. The team tried to work out a long-term extension this off-season, but an agreement could not be reached.

Given the prospect of seeing him walk in free agency, the Bears might look to get something in return, beyond the potential third-round compensatory pick should he leave this spring.

A team that might look to acquire his services for the stretch run? The Baltimore Ravens. Yes, the Ravens are getting contributions on the outside from Marquise Brown and Rashod Bateman’s return has given them another outside weapon, but adding Robinson into this offense gives Baltimore a versatile threat that can align on the outside or in the slot.

Of course, any move the Ravens make would be difficult from a financial perspective. Baltimore has just over $1.5 million in cap space available, so this would take come creativity and flexibility from both team and player.
